The requirement was to avoid compact planning and instead create a home that feels spread out, breathable, and visually connected to its site context.
Multi-Level Roof Geometry with Material Depth
Instead of a single pitched form, the roof is broken into multiple sloping planes, giving the elevation a layered and dynamic identity. The architecture focuses on horizontal spread and volume separation, allowing each zone to feel distinct yet connected.
