Planned on an east-facing plot, the design reduces heavy built-up coverage and instead creates spacious outdoor areas, better ventilation, and naturally lit interiors that improve everyday family living.

A Contemporary Residence Shaped Around Light, Volume, and Warmth

The residence follows a clean contemporary design language focused on openness, natural light, and seamless movement between spaces. A double-height living area visually connects different levels of the home while adding spaciousness and elegance to the interiors. Warm wooden finishes, soft neutral shades, and subtle accent colours were carefully combined to create a refined and comfortable atmosphere throughout the residence.
