Designing a Courtyard Home for Family Living
AVYAKTHA is a thoughtfully planned residence for Ms. Vaishnavi and her family in Chitradurga. Built on a 1200 sq. ft south-facing plot, the home is designed to create bright and comfortable living spaces through practical planning and architectural design services for homes, with open areas and a strong connection between indoor spaces and the garden.
A Courtyard That Connects the Home
The layout organizes the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the ground floor with the dining opening toward a central courtyard that becomes a casual family gathering space. A staircase wraps around this courtyard and leads to the upper level where a study opens to a terrace garden, while the master bedroom extends toward a corner balcony overlooking the street.
