Palm Meadows: Holiday Home Landscape Design in Devanahalli, Bengaluru

Palm Meadows is a completed 2.5-acre landscape design project for a holiday home in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. The brief was to create an expansive, established landscape that made an impression from the approach drive while incorporating a working orchard and outdoor entertaining area.

The landscape centres on a long avenue of coconut and areca palms along the approach drive and property perimeter, creating scale and a defined arrival experience. Around the residence, flowering shrubs, ornamental grasses, and a lawn terrace create a softer setting for outdoor gatherings.

A dedicated rear zone accommodates the fruit orchard, separated from the ornamental landscape for easier maintenance and irrigation. Natural stone paving forms the main walkways, while gravel secondary paths allow rainwater to percolate into the ground. A shaded pergola, positioned to catch the prevailing breeze, anchors the outdoor seating area.
